MGN DigiTech built the Bigool app as a Free app and it used by enterprises for monitoring field force activity . This SERVICE is provided by MGN DigiTech to enterprise on our Bigool platform.

Account information: When your organization create a Bigool account, we collect your user name. We use this information for account identification about the account status.
Device information: When you install the Bigool mobile app to your mobile device, we do not collect device ID/name and model.
Location information: When you run the Bigool mobile app in your device, we collect location data through GPS, wifi, or cellular triangulation. Bigool App collects your location data to help your organization to improve productivity and boost performance even when the app is closed or not in use. Bigool App collects your location data even when battery optimization service is on only after user permits it. We use this information to provide location tracking service on our web site. We maintain this data only so long as is reasonable to provide our service. Out-of-date data is removed from our database.

We have implemented procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction and to help maintain data accuracy and ensure that your personal data is used appropriately.
We protect your data in your device. The Bigool mobile app collects location data from your tracked device. We encrypt your location data when transmitting from your device to our server. We then delete this data from your device once data transmission completes.
We protect your data on-line. Data access is protected by an account authentication process. Only account holder who knows the account credential can access to your own data in your account. Other users cannot access your data unless you have opted in location sharing.
We protect your data off-line. Your account and location data are stored in our secured database. Only employee who needs the information to perform a specific job is granted access. The server in which we store our database is hosted with BigRock Web Service in a secure environment.
Removing your personal data
Follow these steps to remove your personal location data from your account.
Uninstall the Bigool GPS Tracker mobile app from your device.
Login to your account page of the website to remove your device from your account. When your device is removed, its location data is also removed.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data.
